CAST YOUR BURDENS ON THE LORD........

Stella Dhinakaran Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22) Are you worried about your family? Do you feel you are forsaken in this world? Dear child of God, do not worry. Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved (Psalm 55:22). God wants you to live a joyous life freed from all cares of this world (1 Corinthians 7:32). God is calling all those who labour and are heavy laden to give them rest. He is prepared to carry your burden also and give you the relief you need (Matthew 11:28). Do not depend on your wisdom, your knowledge and your righteousness. They will never help you succeed. God Almighty alone can give you a victorious life. A mother prayed with tears to bless her with a child and God answered her prayers. Soon she was blessed with a son but her joy was short lived since her son was afflicted with polio and he struggled to walk. She cried, "How am I going to carry this burden? What will I do?" Then, she carried her son to the church and prayed, "Lord! Thank You for blessing me with this son. Please Lord, heal my son from polio fully and make his feet normal. If You do so, I promise to offer him to Your service. Please wipe away my tears and bless me." Our God is one who hears prayers. He heard the prayer of this mother also. Slowly but steadily, God enabled her son's legs recover from polio and helped him not only to walk but also to participate in running races and win prizes. Dear Friend! Our Lord Jesus is calling with out-stretched hands all those who labour and are heavy laden including you. Like this mother, you also trust in God and pour out your heart before Him. He is the only Refuge for us (Psalm 62:8). Hold on to Him at all times. He will change everything for good. "Blessed be the Lord, for He has shown me His marvelous kindness in a strong city!" (Psalm 31:21). Prayer: Loving heavenly Father, I place before Your nail-pierced feet all my unbearable worries and burdens. Please transform my life to love You and serve You more. I firmly believe that You will change everything in my life and will bless me from today onwards. All praise, thanks and glory belong to You. In Jesus precious name I pray.
